As a Human Resources Coordinator, you'll role purpose . You'll work closely with manager, department, or team to deliver results that make a difference.
What You'll Do As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for
Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR documentation is accurate and up to date
Supporting recruiting activities, onboarding, and offboarding workflows
Assisting with benefits administration and handling employee questions
Tracking attendance, PTO, and leave data to keep HR records current
Coordinating training, performance review logistics, and other HR initiatives
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
13 years of HR experience or a related degree
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Professional communication skills and a friendly, service-minded approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
