Human Resources Coordinator

Sinclair & Rush is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role supports recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, employee communications, and general HR operations while working closely with employees and management across multiple departments.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Work directly with management to develop and post job openings
  • Monitor applicant tracking systems and assist throughout the recruiting process
  • Schedule phone and in-person interviews with applicants and hiring managers
  • Prepare and process onboarding and employment paperwork for new hires
  • Serve as a point of contact for general HR and employee questions
  • Perform HR data entry and maintain employee records and compliance documentation
  • Assist with FMLA, Short-Term Disability, and other HR administrative processes
  • Prepare employee communications including newsletters, announcements, and event postings
  • Assist with annual open enrollment and other HR projects as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Open to recent graduates and candidates looking to grow their HR career
  • Prior administrative or office experience preferred, but not required
  • Manufacturing environment experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning HR systems
  • Microsoft Excel experience is a plus
  • Experience with ADP is a plus, but not required
