The City of Auburn Human Resources & Risk Management Department is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team! We are specifically looking for candidates with a broad foundation in human resources and an interest in risk management. This position supports a wide variety of HR and risk management functions, coordinates key processes, serves as an initial point of contact for employees and departments, and works closely with the HR team to keep work moving.
This position will work closely with the Human Resources Analysts and Human Resources Manager. Work will naturally flow to and from the HR Coordinator via established processes, or when escalation is needed, to an HR Analyst or the management team.
Please note: This position is required to work in office, Monday - Friday, until 5pm. A final schedule will be discussed prior to an appointment date.
TENTATIVE TIMELINE
We anticipate sending out Spark Hire one-way video interview invitations no later than the week of July 27th, with formal interviews scheduled for mid-August, and a tentative start date in September. This is subject to change at any time.
