Human Resources Coordinator ( HRC )

Salary Range: $60K-$70K
We are seeking a talented and curious HR professional who values partnership, accountability, and meaningful impact. This is a hands-on, hospital-based HR Coordinator role for someone who wants to be close to the work- supporting caregivers, leaders, and operations; while partnering closely with our HR Shared Services team.

Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Manager / Director of Human Resources, coordinates the clerical and administrative function of the Human Resources Department to ensure efficient operation and timely response to employees and manager inquires.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and coordinate day-to-day HR operations at the hospital level, ensuring high-quality execution across the employee lifecycle
- Partner closely with HR Shared Services to deliver seamless support in payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and HR administration
- Serve as a trusted advisor and service-oriented resource for employees and leaders
- Coordinate and support accurate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrity
- Drive and support talent acquisition efforts, including hiring coordination, onboarding, and workforce planning support
- Maintain compliance with employment laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards
- Act as the local subject matter expert for benefits, policies, and HR processes
- Support employee relations needs with professionalism, discretion, and consistency
- Play an active role in building and sustaining a positive, high-performing workplace culture
- Contribute insights that help shape HR strategy and operational effectiveness at the hospital level

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or a combination of education and experience required
- Two or more years of experience in Human Resources
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite, as well as computer applications relating to Human Resources Functions required
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to a board range of functions required. Previous HR experience in a health care facility with exposure to Joint Commission, and CMS preferred
- Familiarity with benefit administration, basic HR functions, Payroll Administration, and state and federal employment laws
- Must be detail-oriented with expertise in problem solving, observation, group dynamics, and interpersonal relations
