As our Human Resources Coordinator, youll coordinate onboarding and offboarding, support recruitment activities, administer key HR programs, and help ensure every employee has a positive experience from their first day through every stage of their employment.

What Youll Do

As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
  • Complete Form I-9 employment eligibility verification and onboarding documentation.
  • Manage the hiring process for temporary employees, adjunct faculty, and student work-study positions.
  • Coordinate on-campus interviews and support recruitment efforts.
  • Administer the Colleges performance management processes (EPMS and FPMS).
  • Coordinate Position Description updates and Position Control.
  • Serve as the primary in-office Human Resources representative.
  • Coordinate HR events, orientations, and employee engagement activities.
  • Help improve HR processes through technology and innovation.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Bachelors degree and Human Resources experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Higher education or public sector Human Resources
  • Ellucian Colleague or other HR information systems
  • Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and electronic document management
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus
