Human Resources Coordinator

OCES supports elders and adults with disabilities by providing vital information and coordination of services that promote healthy and safe lives for our consumers.To support that goal, we are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to assist with the administrative function of the Human Resources department.What you will do:Provide general administrative support to the HR departmentAdminister the learning and performance management sections of HRIS systemCoordinate the employee review process and overall monitor staff progress/performance to compile feedback for managementAssist with maintenance of other sections of HRIS systemPlan, schedule, and communicate about professional development programsProvide OCES with monthly HR updates and awards (newsletter)Help with HR related quality issuesCompile information and reports as requestedOther duties as assigned.What you will bring:• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment.• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.• High School diploma or equivalent; Degree preferred.• Bilingual preferred.What you will get:Ability to work with an enthusiastic team of like-minded individuals.Opportunity to develop professionally in your chosen career.Great work/life balance: 35-hour work week with some flexibility; standard M-F workweekExceptional benefits: generous paid time off policies; company paid LTD and life insurances; 401K planAPPLY TODAY!
