Human Resources (HR) Coordinator Responsibilities
Prepare employees by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
Schedule and conduct job evaluations
Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys
Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results
Maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resources policies and procedures
Preserve staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing federal and state requirements
Human Resources (HR) Coordinator Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
COVID-19 Vaccination
Preferred
Human resources, organizational development, or business major/concentration
Previous experience in human resources
5+ years of leadership/administration
