The Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established financial services firm to identify an HR Coordinator to join its growing team.

\n

\n

This is a great opportunity for an early-career HR or Talent Acquisition professional who wants to gain meaningful exposure across recruiting and broader HR responsibilities. While the organization has a long track record of success, the internal environment is entrepreneurial and fast-moving, with a growing HR function that is actively building and evolving.

\n

\n

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, responsive, proactive, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves. This is not a highly structured, narrowly defined role. The person in this position will have the opportunity to take ownership, work across a variety of initiatives, and gain considerably more exposure and responsibility than they might in a larger organization.

What You'll Do

\n

• \n
• Support the Talent Acquisition team across multiple concurrent searches, from early-career and analyst hiring through more senior-level recruiting
• \n
• Coordinate a high volume of interviews across multiple hiring teams, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers
• \n
• Manage candidate communication and keep interview processes organized and moving forward
• \n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the firm's ATS and recruiting systems
• \n
• Support onboarding coordination, including background checks and pre-employment requirements
• \n
• Monitor and triage the HR inbox, ensuring questions and requests are addressed promptly
• \n
• Provide general HR coordination and administrative support across the broader team
• \n
• Jump in on projects and priorities outside of day-to-day responsibilities as needed
• \n
• Help develop structure and improve processes as the HR function continues to evolve
• \n

What They Are Looking For:

\n

• \n
• Approximately 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, recruiting coordination, or a related area
• \n
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• \n
• Highly responsive with strong follow-through and a sense of urgency
• \n
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and coordinating across different stakeholders
• \n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• \n
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and pitch in wherever needed
• \n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where responsibilities may shift
• \n
• Interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources
• \n
• Experience with an ATS or recruiting technology is a plus
• \n
