Salary/Hourly Rate:
$24/hr

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, payroll administration, and day-to-day HR operations while delivering excellent service to employees and candidates.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Coordinator:
  • Support recruiting activities, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating candidate interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding, new-hire orientation, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate, confidential HR documentation.
  • Support payroll, attendance tracking, benefits administration, and HR compliance processes.
  • Provide administrative support and respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
Required Experience/Skills for the Human Resources Coordinator:
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and office procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
Education Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
