In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting employees throughout their journey with the organization—from onboarding and employee engagement to HR administration and compliance. You'll work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Highlights of your role:
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding, helping create an exceptional first-day experience.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality within HR systems.
- Support employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events.
- Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports, documentation, and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects.
- Partner with employees and leaders to support a positive and productive work environment.
You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Prior administrative, customer service, or HR experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting people and organizational success.

Compensation:
$22-$24 per hour, pay based on experience.
