You will gain hands-on experience in onboarding, employee relations, recruitment, compensation support, HR operations, and special projects while learning how HR drives business success.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain employee records, HR systems, and compliance documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure positive employee experience
  • Partner on compensation, reporting, and organizational data needs
  • Help coordinate performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives
  • Assist with annual compensation planning, merit reviews, bonus administration, and salary structure updates
  • Support policy administration and respond to employee questions with professionalism and discretion
  • Partner with payroll, finance, and HR teams to ensure smooth execution of compensation and benefits programs
  • Partner with internal and external recruitment partners to support the recruitment process, as needed during high volume recruitment periods
  • Assist with special projects across HR operations, workforce planning, and process improvement (i.e., support compensation processes including salary benchmarking, market pricing, job evaluations, and reporting)
  • Help administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee questions regarding benefits and eligibility
  • Help maintain HR budget to ensure fiscal responsibility
  • Maintains a continuous improvement mindset by exploring and adopting AI and other emerging technologies to simplify HR processes, improve workforce productivity, and enhance the employee and manager experience
Qualifications - Skills & Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience
  • Experience using HRIS, ATS, and other HR technology platforms to support core HR processes
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to understand the “why” behind the work
  • Someone who is proactive, adaptable, and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field
