HR Coordinator â Direct hire opportunity

The HR Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, payroll support, and HR compliance. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, helps maintain accurate personnel files and HRIS data, coordinates new hire orientation, and supports employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, maintains confidentiality, and possesses strong communication and customer service skills. Prior HR experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, and knowledge of California employment laws.
Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, administrative support, or a related role.
Working knowledge of federal and California employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is a plus.
