Job Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator supports daily HR operations at our Retail Rush facility. This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations in a fast?paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail?oriented, and passionate about Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Support site leadership with HR policies and procedures
- Respond to employee and HR-related inquiries
- Assist with recruiting, staffing agencies, and temp?to?perm conversions
- Conduct new hire and safety orientations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll, including timecard reconciliation and approvals
- Assist with performance management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives
- Support special HR projects as needed
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in HR or related field required (Bachelor's preferred)
- HR Coordinator I: 1-2 years of HR/admin experience (payroll preferred)
- HR Coordinator II: 2+ years of HR/admin experience with payroll required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Work Environment
- Warehouse environment with varying temperatures
- Must be able to wear closed?toe shoes and stand/walk for extended periods
