RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing one of Miami's premier community banks that is searching for an HR Coordinator to join their Human Resources team. Our client is a well-established, state-chartered commercial bank headquartered in Miami-Dade County with a strong reputation and continued growth.

They are looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Experience supporting onboarding, recruiting coordination, employee records, and HR administration
  • Experience with payroll, benefits, or HRIS is a plus
  • Banking or financial services HR experience is preferred but not required
  • ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus

This role offers exposure across all areas of Human Resources, including onboarding, recruiting, employee relations support, training coordination, benefits administration, HR reporting, and payroll backup.
