Human Resources Coordinator

Location: Ocoee, FL

Role Summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is hiring an HR Coordinator for our Ocoee, FL location. Our HR Coordinators are at the heart of our Distribution Center operations, supporting the people side of the business with high energy and meaningful impact. In this role, youll partner closely with leaders and employees to deliver hands-on HR support, ensure policies and practices are applied consistently, and help foster a positive, high-performing workplace. Youll also keep daily office operations running seamlessly, playing a key part in creating an organized, compliant, and people-focused environment where our operations teams can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Handling employee relations for warehouse and delivery associates (multiple shifts).

  • Assist with applicant screening, interviewing, and managing the onboarding process through ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Document attendance, PTO, and timecards.
  • Respond to general HR/payroll-related inquiries from employees.
  • Being familiar with and prepared to assist with employee benefits.
  • Document, file, and assist with managing workers' comp claims and FMLA-related issues.
  • Coordinate employee disciplinary issues with the HR department for resolution and action.

Coordinate office activities.

  • Assist with hiring and training of new employees
  • Assist with general services, including purchasing office supplies, mail distribution, office equipment maintenance and repair, and facility-related issues.

Gather, organize, and summarize data and information for management reports. Implement and maintain general office systems, procedures, and methods, directing a combination of activities. Assume other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma.
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Possess knowledge of the principles and practices of Human Resources and employee benefits; provide unbiased evaluations to all personnel
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Able to maintain a good working relationship with others.
  • Prior HR experience in a distribution center/warehouse environment is a plus!

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office products to support business objectives.
  • Regularly use moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others, and make presentations to the department or middle management.
  • Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive, and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures.
  • Decisions impact the management and operations within a department or business unit. May contribute to business and operational decisions that affect the department.
  • Results are defined; sets personal goals and determines how to achieve results with few or no guidelines to follow; supervisor/manager provides broad guidance and overall direction.
  • Handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity.

Work Environment

  • Work is primarily sedentary: you must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse.
  • Must be able to lift upwards of 25 pounds.
