Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in payroll support, employee records, onboarding, and HR administration.
In this role, you''ll support the day-to-day operations of the HR department by maintaining employee information, assisting with payroll and personnel changes, responding to employee questions, and helping ensure HR processes run smoothly. You''ll work closely with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and other members of the HR team while learning a variety of HR functions.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, eager to learn, and enjoys providing excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

What We Offer:
As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and vision. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
Compensation: $25-27/hour
