Human Resources Coordinator - Private Equity

A leading investment management firm is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to provide executive and operational support to the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (GDEI) team while partnering with Talent Enablement on key HR initiatives. 

Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the GDEI team, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, meeting logistics, and communications.

  • Coordinate high-profile internal and external events, conferences, and association partnerships.

  • Support GDEI initiatives, committees, business networks, client materials, and internal communications.

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for client RFP/RFI questionnaires.

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects focused on process improvement and HR operational automation.

  • Partner with Talent Development to coordinate learning and development programs and manage vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 3+ years of executive administrative support experience, preferably within Human Resources in a global, matrixed organization.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and project coordination abilities.

  • Proactive, self-motivated professional with a customer-service mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

  • Tech-savvy with a passion for process improvement, innovation, and leveraging technology to drive efficiency.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
