The HR Coordinator works closely with the Recruiter and HR Manager to support daily HR operations, onboarding, and employee communications. This role plays a key part in coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting recruiting efforts, and providing responsive HR support to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the onboarding process, including pre-employment steps, documentation, and New Hire Orientation.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates and new hires to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and process HR transactions in the HRIS.
- Support recruiting activities such as interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, employee communications, and special projects.
