PROLIM (www.prolim.com) is currently seeking Human Resources Coordinator for one of our top clients in Newport News, VA

Job Description

The position will support the onboarding process of bringing new candidates into NNS. Onboarding Employees; processing and/or approving new hires and internal transfers. Processing and reviewing background investigation reports; Sending and requesting information to internal and external customers; Coordinating appointment and start dates. Performs a variety of general personnel/clerical tasks in such areas as employee records, employment eligibility, travel coordination, and equal employment opportunity. Maintains both manual and electronic personnel records, collects and compiles sensitive and confidential personnel data and prepares reports. In accordance with compliance and procedures, furnishes information to authorized persons and/or agencies. Provides information to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years additional education and/or relevant experience*
• 7:30am - 4:00pm M-F*
