Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator (Contract)
Ventura, CA | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Contract Position (9-10 Months)
Pay range $21-24 houry
We are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator (English/Spanish) to join our team in Ventura. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, people-oriented professional who enjoys supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and initiate the onboarding process for new hires
- Contact applicants to schedule interviews and provide hiring updates
- Assist with recruiting and candidate communication
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support HR team with data entry, filing, and administrative tasks
- Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding paperwork
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform general office and clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous administrative, customer service, recruiting, or HR experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
What We're Looking For
- Someone with minimum of 6 months experience in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping people
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Comfortable speaking with applicants and coordinating interviews
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
