The HRIS / HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department while serving as the primary administrator for the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role ensures the integrity of employee data, supports HR processes, provides reporting and analytics, and all other HR generalist duties assigned.

Experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
o High School Diploma or GED preferred.
o Human Resources Certification, PHR, PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
Experience with UKG or other similar HRIS platforms
o Previous Human Resources and/or healthcare experience preferred.
o Ability to read and communicate effectively in English, additional languages encouraged.
o Ability to read, understand, interpret, and communicate policies, procedures, and protocols.
o Superior communication skills.
o Comprehensive HRIS and computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office applications, Database Management, and healthcare related software.
o Must be able to work with minimum supervision, set priorities, and follow through to accomplish results.
o Knowledge of healthcare recruiting and hospital operations.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure in an environment with ever changing priorities and multiple group dynamics.
o Ability to manage stress appropriately, handle multiple priorities and make decisions under pressure.
o Committed to collaboration, working to build consensus and alignment.
