Human Resources Director
Location: Downtown Boston, MA (100% On Site, Monday through Friday)
Salary: $150,000–$170,000
An established and growing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead its HR function and serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving HR strategy while remaining hands-on across all core human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of the HR function, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, compliance, and organizational development.
Partner with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and best practices that support a high-performing culture.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance, and leadership matters.
Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Lead employee engagement, retention, and talent development initiatives.
Manage and mentor the HR team while driving continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
10+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, employee relations, compensation, and performance management.
Proven ability to influence senior leadership and lead organizational change.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Please Note: This is a fully on-site position located in Downtown Boston. Candidates must be able to work in the office five days per week.
