Human Resources Director


Location: Downtown Boston, MA (100% On Site, Monday through Friday)
Salary: $150,000–$170,000


An established and growing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead its HR function and serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving HR strategy while remaining hands-on across all core human resources functions.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead all aspects of the HR function, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, compliance, and organizational development.




  • Partner with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.




  • Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and best practices that support a high-performing culture.




  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance, and leadership matters.




  • Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.




  • Lead employee engagement, retention, and talent development initiatives.




  • Manage and mentor the HR team while driving continuous process improvement.




Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.




  • 10+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience.




  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, employee relations, compensation, and performance management.




  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and lead organizational change.




  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.




Please Note: This is a fully on-site position located in Downtown Boston. Candidates must be able to work in the office five days per week.
