Our Client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to build and implement HR from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role for an HR professional who has successfully created structure, systems, and processes in a growing organization.
What You’ll Do
- Develop HR policies, procedures & compliance programs
- Implement onboarding, performance management & employee relations
- Lead compensation, benefits & payroll setup
- Ensure federal & state labor law compliance
- Partner with leadership on HR strategy & culture
- Select and implement HRIS and vendors
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- Proven experience building HR functions from the ground up
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Experience supporting growing organizations
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
- Commitment to maintaining up-to-date CEUs and HR best practices
- Strong leadership & communication skills
