Position Reports To: Chief Financial Officer

Position Summary: The Human Resources Director serves as the senior HR leader responsible for overseeing all human resources functions across Catalyst Nutraceuticals. This role partners closely with company leadership to develop workforce strategies, ensure legal compliance, strengthen employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness. The Human Resources Director provides leadership for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, and HR operations while supporting the company's growth objectives.

Working Conditions

This is an in-person leadership role based in Buford, Georgia. Regular on-site presence of at least four (4) days per week is required to support employee engagement, leadership partnership, and operational effectiveness.

Experience

  • 7+ years of progressive human resources experience
  • 3+ years of HR leadership experience managing HR programs and initiatives
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site operations preferred
  • Strong employee relations, compliance, talent management, and organizational development experience
  • Experience supporting a bilingual English/Spanish workforce preferred

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Business Partnership: Serve as the primary HR advisor to company leadership and departmental managers
  • Workforce Planning: Develop workforce strategies that support business growth and operational objectives
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruiting strategy, succession planning, employee development, and retention initiatives
  • Employee Relations: Lead investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action processes, and employee relations matters
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Performance Management: Lead performance review processes and support manager coaching and development efforts
  • Training: Partner with operational leadership and the HR Trainer to identify and address workforce development needs
  • HR Operations: Ensure HRIS integrity, policy administration, reporting accuracy, and process effectiveness
  • Analytics: Monitor workforce metrics including turnover, attendance, engagement, and retention trends
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR vendors, consultants, and external service providers
  • Culture: Promote employee engagement, accountability, and a positive workplace culture
