The Location

️ What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

• The Architect of Scale: You’ll design and implement a scalable, multinational HR infrastructure to support our rapid international expansion and complex multi-entity structure.
• Strategic Partner to the C-Suite: You won’t just execute plans; you’ll have a seat at the table. You will partner closely with executive leadership to drive organizational transformation, workforce planning, and talent optimization.
• Compensation Connoisseur: You will oversee global compensation frameworks, ensuring our structures remain fiercely competitive in the market while maintaining internal equity.
• The Culture Guardian: You’ll build and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture that promotes true accountability and collaboration across multiple regions.
• Data-Driven Strategist: You’ll leverage HR technology, HRIS platforms, workforce data, and KPIs to inform strategic executive decision-making.

• You speak our language: You have a proven track record of leading HR in complex financial services, private equity, or highly regulated global industries.
• You've built global playgrounds: You have deep experience navigating global labor laws, regulatory requirements, and governance standards across multiple countries.
• You’re a leader of leaders: You know how to mentor, align, and elevate a senior HR leadership team across talent management, payroll, employee relations, and OD.
• You’re unflappable: You act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters, investigations, and risk mitigation, partnering seamlessly with Legal and Compliance.
