Human Resources Director / HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director / Manager to take ownership of our HR function. Reporting directly to top leadership, you will have a unique opportunity to build, modernize, and refine our HR operations, policies, and employee programs. Key Duties & Responsibilities

● Evaluate, modernize, and optimize company-wide HR policies, protocols, and workflows.

● Manage day-to-day, end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition, management, compliance, and Team Member relations.

● Collaborate directly with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with uncompromising customer service and the company’s growth.

● Drive initiatives that preserve elevate workplace culture and Team Member retention, appreciation, development and engagement.

Qualifications

● Strong background as an HR Generalist or in an all-encompassing HR management role.

● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience).

● Proven track record in a lead HR role or strong second-in-command looking to step-up.

● Self-directed, highly organized, and capable of working independently.

● SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certifications are a plus.

An established logistics, warehousing, and transportation provider in Melrose Park is seeking an experienced HR Director or Manager. Reporting to executive management, this position is responsible for designing, standardizing, and improving internal HR processes and protocols across the organization.
