Human Resources Director

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support all aspects of the employee experience, from onboarding through offboarding.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for employees and managers.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Stay current on federal, state, and local employment laws and ensure organizational compliance.
  • Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, fairness, and discretion.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support recruiting, hiring, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Administer benefits, leave programs, and personnel records.
  • Partner with leadership to support organizational goals and employee success.
