Description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $67.25hr - $72.25hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organization Development, or related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive HR or relevant consulting experience.
  • Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
  • Highly effective consulting skills and principles to advise, influence, and partner with leadership.
  • Ability to analyze business and talent data and metrics to support decision-making.
  • Expertise in organization design and change management.
  • Strong diagnostic skills to analyze and define problems and produce solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate as a strategic value creator, partnering with people leaders to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide strategic advice, consultation, and talent strategy execution with a customer-centric lens.
  • Connect supported teams to appropriate HR Practices to achieve talent and business objectives.
  • Drive and advise decision-making through analytics and insights to enhance business performance and employee experience.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner for an individual site or significant functions.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of local people plans that integrate with the wider HR Strategy.
  • Consult with and coach front-line people managers and leaders, serving as the HR point of contact for non-HR Solutions services.
  • Aid in the execution of the Talent and Organization (T&O) strategy.
  • Provide broad HR consulting services in areas such as talent development and assessment of skill needs and gaps.
  • Proactively drive improvements to business performance by providing expertise on organization design and change.
  • Anticipate business needs and communicate them to cross-functional HR colleagues.
  • Influence colleagues, managers, and employees to adopt new HR processes and tools.
Nice to Have:
  • Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 11+ years of relevant experience with a Master's Degree.
