Job Description: Human Resources & Facility Security Specialist

Pay Range: $60,000–$80,000 Annual Salary

Hilton Tool is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Specialist / Facility Security Specialist to support our growing manufacturing operations in Clackamas, Oregon. This position is ideal for someone with experience in Human Resources and industrial security who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The HR Specialist / Facility Security Specialist is responsible for administering day-to-day HR functions while ensuring compliance with PBI Site security requirements. This role works closely with employees, management, and outside partners to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and facility security compliance.

Shift:
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Skills:
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Previous experience serving as a Facility Security Specialist preferred
• Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive personnel and security information
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Key responsibilities include the following:
• Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities
• Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and personnel records
• Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
• Support employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives
• Process new hires, terminations, and employee status changes within HR systems
• Issue/Terminate employee and contractor access badges upon hire and termination.
• Serve as the Facility Security Specialist and maintain compliance with site security requirements.
• Conduct security briefings, debriefings, annual training, and self-inspections
• Maintain facility security records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within both Human Resources and Security functions
• Assist leadership with special projects and administrative support as needed
