Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support a variety of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. This position plays a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle while partnering with hiring managers to recruit, hire, and onboard top talent.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced in recruitment processes, HR systems, and confidential personnel administration.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Experience supporting recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources operations.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong knowledge of recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Taleo, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Experience with electronic personnel action processing.
- Experience coordinating recruiting events or job fairs.
- Experience creating or maintaining organizational charts.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives.
