Job Description
- Responsible for employee relations, talent management, recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
- Partner with managers and leadership to address employee issues, investigations, team dynamics, and organizational needs.
- Ensure HR compliance with Mexican labor laws, company policies, union agreements, and local regulations.
- Manage HRIS/employee records, leave administration, payroll/benefits support, and HR processes.
- Support employee engagement, retention, talent development, and organizational change initiatives.
- Partner with EHS on NOM-035 compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree + 4 years of HR experience, strong employee relations and compliance background.
100% onsite
Conversational English required.
- Knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and NOM-035.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and analytical skills.
