This is a temporary position lasting 4 months, where you'll have the opportunity to work onsite at our location on 789 Flatwood Industrial Dr, Spartanburg, SC 29303. Enjoy a fulfilling role with a schedule of 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Job Overview
As a key member of our HR team, you will support the manager or director of Human Resources across various functional areas, including recruitment, employment documentation, job evaluation, compensation, and benefits. Your role will be pivotal in implementing HR best practices and fostering a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide HR support for a business unit/functional area.
- Act as a liaison between departments/divisions.
- Support HRBPs with accountability for the largest functions.
- Administer HR policies and procedures covering multiple functional areas.
- Collect and analyze HR data to make informed recommendations.
- Prepare internal employee communications regarding HR policies.
- Develop and propose improvements to HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and administering disciplinary actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Three or more years of relevant HR experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively.
Preferences
- Certified Professional HR (PHR) or Senior Professional HR (SPHR).
- Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
- Ability to establish strong partnerships with business leaders.
