About the Role
The Bilingual HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting a wide range of human resources functions including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and HR policy implementation. This position will work closely with operations and field leadership to help maintain a positive and compliant work environment across multiple departments and job sites. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and have prior experience supporting employees within construction, industrial, manufacturing, or field-service environments.
