Human Resources Generalist

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Handle HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, records maintenance, and HR systems.
• Manage joining formalities such as offer and appointment letters, onboarding documentation, background verification, and employee data management.
• Plan and conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
• Stay updated on immigration and visa regulations; manage documentation and compliance for work-authorized employees and candidates.
• Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support employee development initiatives.
• Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned from time to time by management
