Salary: $46,800-$62,000

Position Summary

Our client, a nonprofit/social services organization, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide HR and recruiting support. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys recruiting, employee support, and helping build HR processes in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Manage job postings through ADP Recruiting and Indeed.

  
  
• 
  

• Review and screen applicants.

  
  
• 
  

• Conduct virtual candidate screenings and interviews, as needed.

  
  
• 
  

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

  
  
• 
  

• Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

  
  
• 
  

• Keep recruiting activities organized and moving efficiently.

  
  
• 
  

Human Resources Support

• 
  

• Respond to general HR inquiries and route employee questions appropriately.

  
  
• 
  

• Assist with employee onboarding documentation.

  
  
• 
  

• Coordinate badge requests and new hire information.

  
  
• 
  

• Support benefits administration and employee communications.

  
  
• 
  

• Assist with FMLA paperwork and other basic HR administrative functions.

  
  
• 
  

• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

  
  
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  

• Previous recruiting experience required.

  
  
• 
  

• General Human Resources experience preferred.

  
  
• 
  

• Ability to recognize when HR issues require escalation.

  
  
• 
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  
  
• 
  

• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

  
  
• 
  

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

  
  
• 
  

• ADP experience preferred.

  
  
• 
  

• Previous HRIS implementation experience is a plus.

  
  
• 
  

• No HR degree required.

  
  
•
