The Human Resources Generalist supports daily HR operations in a manufacturing setting, partnering with leadership to promote a positive, compliant work environment.

• Responsibilities include employee relations, full-cycle recruiting, benefits administration, compliance, and HR program execution for a 24/7 production environment.

• Key duties involve managing employee relations, conducting investigations, guiding performance management, and fostering engagement.

• Handles recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and partnerships with community organizations to build talent pipelines.

• Ensures compliance with employment laws, maintains HR records, and supports policy implementation.

• Administers benefits, manages leaves, and participates in safety initiatives with EHS teams.
• 
  
• Coordinates training, supports performance reviews, and utilizes HRIS systems for reporting.

• Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of HR experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of California employment laws, excellent communication skills, and bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency.
