The Human Resources Generalist supports daily HR operations in a manufacturing setting, partnering with leadership to promote a positive, compliant work environment.
Responsibilities include employee relations, full-cycle recruiting, benefits administration, compliance, and HR program execution for a 24/7 production environment.
The role involves managing employee relations, conducting investigations, supporting performance management, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, ensuring legal compliance, administering benefits and leaves, assisting with compensation, collaborating on safety initiatives, coordinating training, utilizing HRIS systems, and analyzing HR metrics.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of HR experience in manufacturing, knowledge of California employment laws, strong communication skills, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
This role requires organizational, problem-solving skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
