    Essential Responsibilities

    • Serve as a bilingual HR resource for employees, managers, and leadership in both English and Spanish.
    • Support the recruitment and hiring process, including posting positions, scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-employment requirements, and preparing new-hire documentation.
    • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees and ensure required paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR files, and personnel documentation.
    • Assist employees with questions regarding company policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, timekeeping, and other HR-related matters.
    • Translate or explain HR policies, forms, training materials, and employee communications between English and Spanish as needed.
    • Assist with benefits enrollment, employee changes, and general benefits administration.
    • Support employee relations activities and escalate complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate HR leader.
    • Assist with performance management, attendance tracking, disciplinary documentation, and other employee lifecycle processes.
    • Maintain HR reports, spreadsheets, and other records while ensuring data accuracy.
    • Assist with compliance-related activities, audits, and required employment documentation.
    • Coordinate employee training and development activities.
    • Partner with managers to ensure consistent communication and application of HR policies.
    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling employee information.
    • Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, HR administration, or a related field preferred.
    • Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish required.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, HRIS, and other workplace software.
