The HR Generalist plays a key role in Smartz by ensuring that the Company attracts, engages, and develops top talent. The HR Generalist will also be an important team member & leader to establish and develop culture and maintain a high-achieving and fun workplace. The HR Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
