Through the talents of an experienced and diverse workforce, OCES supports the independence and dignity of older adults and individuals with disabilities by providing essential information and services that promote healthy, safe living which positively impacts our community.To that end, OCES is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist who is primarily responsible for coordination of the full employment lifecycle. The HR Generalist will track all open positions, assist with interviewing, and coordinate the hiring process with the appropriate individuals, including supervisors and managers. They will also be responsible for other administrative duties related to employee onboarding/ongoing support, new hire orientation, and any HR related tasks as assigned.What you'll do:Process payroll and associated activities alongside the HR SpecialistSupport the HR Specialist with enrollment into the benefit plansHelp to maintain the HRIS/payroll system; develop reports as requested/requiredMonitor HR Team email dailyBe a resource to employees regarding benefits and pay questionsEnsure employee files are up to dateOther duties as assignedWhat you'll bring:Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailSolid presentation skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareHRIS experience iSolved experience a plusBachelor's degree in human resources or related field highly preferred3+yearsofHR/Recruiting experienceHR and/or payroll certification preferredWhat you'll get:Ability to work with an enthusiastic team of like-minded individualsGreat work/life balance: 35-hour work week with some flexibility; standard M-F workweek; hybrid work environment with 2 day in office requirement.Competitive salaryExceptional benefits: health and dental; generous paid time off policies; company paid LTD and life insurances, 401K planWe can't wait to hear from you...So take that next step and apply today!Apply today!
