This position is responsible for providing support and leadership to the assigned business partners and employees in employee relations, leave administration, staffing, payroll, training, policy interpretation and communication. The Sr. HR Generalist will engage in both strategic and tactical human resources functions for Sharp Packaging Services Conshohocken Campus and ensure compliance with all corporate related policies as well as all applicable government laws and regulations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or equivalent knowledge required, PHR/SPHR preferred.
