Human Resources Generalist
Location: Denver, CO Area (Onsite)
Salary: $80,000–$95,000 DOE
About the Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join a well-established manufacturing organization in the Denver area. This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting approximately 125–150 employees at a single manufacturing facility.

What You'll Do
As the HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, including:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and supervisors
- Support employee relations and coach managers on HR policies and best practices
- Coordinate recruiting, interviews, hiring, onboarding, and new hire orientation
- Assist with payroll processing, audits, pay changes, and HRIS updates
- Administer employee benefits and support Open Enrollment
- Coordinate leave administration, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and state leave programs
- Manage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work processes
- Monitor attendance, maintain employee records, and ensure HR compliance
- Maintain employee data within the HRIS and support reporting and audits
- Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and daily HR operations
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience
- Experience supporting payroll, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, and leave administration
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
- Experience working with an HRIS (Paycom or similar platform preferred)
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or warehouse experience preferred
- Union or Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) experience is a plus
