Please note that this job will be start hybrid with 2 days required onsite in Evergreen, CO. After initial training, you will be able to transition to working fully remote using company-provided equipment.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading construction company to fill their open Human Resources Generalist job in Evergreen, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.

This is a TEMPORARY job opportunity that is expected to last 12 weeks. You will earn between $30.00 and $36.00 per hour in this role. You will also be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below).

Responsibilities:

• Posting jobs and reviewing candidates
• Onboarding new hires and assisting them with benefits enrollment
• Entering and updating employee information in the HRIS (ADP)
• Tracking leaves of absence
• Coordinating company events
• Answering employees' HR questions
• Managing Employee Relations
• Processing unemployment claims
• Tracking employee training and coaching
• All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in Human Resources required
• Previous experience in the construction industry preferred
• Previous experience with ADP and/or other similar HRIS software preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

• Hourly rate between $30.00 and $36.00
