We are seeking a bilingual (English-Spanish) Human Resources Generalist to provide essential transactional HR support across two Maryland locations. Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist:
- Provide daytoday HR transactional support across 2 locations
- Serve as the primary bilingual point of contact for employee questions and HR communication
- Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, I9 verification, and personnel file maintenance
- Maintain HR documents, records, and employee communications
- Coordinate with thirdparty benefits providers and update employee changes
- Assist with HR reporting, compliance tasks, and ongoing process improvements
- Help implement updated HR systems or tools (ADP experience helpful)
Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist:
- Bilingual English-Spanish
- 5+ years' experience in HR support, HR administration, or HR operations
- ADP experience preferred, or must be a quick learner with strong tech skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, followthrough, and communication
- Collaborative, respectful, and dependable with strong attention to detail
