Community Health Services is looking for a talented Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Fremont, Ohio! This is a in-person, non-remote, full-time position, with competitive pay and benefits! In this role, you'll partner closely with our Director of Human Resources and support all aspects of HR, including:

Recruitment & Onboarding

Employee Relations

Benefits & Payroll Administration

Training & Development

HR Compliance and Workforce Initiatives

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field

Associate's Degree with relevant HR experience will be considered

At least 2 years' experience in Human Resources

Experience with Payroll and Benefits Administration

Personable and Approachable

Strong Communication Skills

Organized and Detail-Oriented

Confidential, Reliable, and Professional
