They have responsibility that stretches from behind the scenes admin work, team engagement, recruitment, and training. They work closely with the Operator, Executive Director Team and the Office Admin to ensure the store is running smoothly and that all employees and administrative details and tasks are up to date. The HR Generalist should exhibit strong decision making skills, interpersonal communication skills, and ability to solve problems and resolve team conflicts.
