TAT Technologies" Greensboro site serves as the company"s Center of Excellence for Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) and landing gear MRO services, as well as aircraft component leasing solutions. Supporting commercial and military aircraft operators worldwide, the site provides integrated maintenance and asset management solutions that maximize fleet availability, reduce downtime, and improve operational performance.
We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to support day to day human resources operations. This individual will provide comprehensive HR support across multiple functional areas including employee relations, payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and HR policy implementation. This role serves as a key resource for employees and management while helping foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize comprehensive benefits programs; serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, leave requests, and HR policies.
- Oversee seamless onboarding and offboarding processes to maximize retention and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Manage and audit HRIS data and employee records, maintaining strict confidentiality and 100% data accuracy.
- Champion employee relations by actively addressing concerns, resolving frontline conflicts, and escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Ensure absolute compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, keeping company policies aligned with evolving regulations.
- Coordinate annual performance review cycles and facilitate employee development and training initiatives.
- Compile and analyze key HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making for leadership.
- Support employee engagement strategies, training programs, and company events to foster a collaborative culture.
- Partner with management to provide strategic guidance on HR best practices, policy interpretation, and team dynamics.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
