Key Requirements:

Knowledge of US Government I-9 forms and regulatory requirements
Strong computer skills
Excellent Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation, lookups, report review)
Experience handling employee personal/private information (passports, Social Security cards, driver s licenses)
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
Experience working in Fragomen Portal/electronic I-9 systems
Conduct I-9 audits
Ability to navigate the portal efficiently
Strong communication skills
Work directly with managers, employees, and HR teams via email and verbal communication
