Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist II to support employee experience, HR operations, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR Business Partner initiatives across a growing organization. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leadership by managing employee inquiries, coordinating onboarding, leading employee events, supporting HR programs, and providing data-driven insights that improve the overall employee experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong HR generalist background with experience supporting HR Business Partners, administering HR policies and programs, managing employee relations inquiries, and utilizing HRIS systems and analytics to drive business decisions. This position also requires excellent communication skills, advanced Excel capabilities, experience with ADP, and the ability to develop engaging presentations and training materials using Canva and PowerPoint. Experience working in healthcare or another regulated industry is highly preferred.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

2–4 years of experience as an HR Representative, HR Specialist, or HR Generalist
\n
Experience supporting HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and leadership teams
\n
Employee relations, employee services, and HR program administration experience
\n
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance
\n
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis, reporting)

Experience with HR analytics, dashboards, and workforce reporting
\n
Working knowledge of ADP or other Human Capital Management (HCM/HRIS) systems
\n
Experience maintaining employee records and ensuring data integrity
\n
Advanced PowerPoint and Canva skills for presentations, training materials, and infographics

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
