We're seeking a Human Resources Generalist to deliver hands‑on HR support across the organization and serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders.
What You'll Do
Support full‑cycle recruiting and onboarding activities Administer benefits, employee leave (including FMLA), and HR programs Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data Assist with employee relations matters, documentation, and issue tracking Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Respond to routine HR inquiries and provide exceptional internal customer service Contribute to employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field 3+ years of hands‑on HR experience Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills High level of professionalism and discretion HR certification and bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus
